Material:

ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene): is the material of the outer, hard shell of the helmet. It makes the helmet durable and also helps to absorb the impact a little.

EPS foam: Expanded polystyrene is a bit harder foam, used in the upper part of the helmet.

EPP Foam: Expanded polypropylene (softer polypropylene) softer foam is used on the side, front and back of the helmet.

Both foam layers provide shock absorption. Usually, when the helmet bumps heavily, the foam "collapses", which does not need to be visible. However, due to this foam damage, the helmet cannot absorb the bump next time. However, with a stronger bump, the helmet must be replaced with a new one.
