Guggul (Commiphora wightii) is a well-known plant in Ayurvedic medicine for its many health benefits. Its active ingredients, guggulsterones, are known to support lipid metabolism, lower cholesterol levels and aid in the body's natural detoxification processes.

- Ayurvedic medicine, a digestive stimulant and supports the maintenance of a healthy body weight
- Standardized extract - contains concentrated doses of guggulsterones
- Capsule shell: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (is a semi-synthetic polymer made from cellulose (a natural substance from plants))
Guggul (Commiphora wightii) is a shrub or small tree that reaches a maximum of 4m in height. The branches have thorns. It is a gynodiecial plant, with some plants having bisexual and male flowers, while others have female flowers.
How to use Guggul capsules?
Daily dose: 1 capsule per day. Take with a meal.
Guggul is not recommended for children, pregnant women, or nursing mothers. People taking medication should consult a doctor before taking supplements.
Store Guggul in a cool, dry place. Keep away from moisture and light, and out of reach of small children.
It is not a substitute for a balanced diet!
