Yoga Mat Maintenance and Cleaning Instructions

Daily Cleaning: After each workout, we recommend using Manduka Wash & Refresh. Spray the mat with the cleaner and wipe with a soft, gentle sponge or cloth. Wait for the mat to dry thoroughly before rolling it up. Never soak, shower or immerse the mat in water. Never dry the mat in the sun or directly on a heat source (e.g. radiator). Store in a dry place.
