Using the Peanut massage roller

You can roll the massage roller with your hands on the body and thus stimulate blood flow. You can place the roller against a solid surface, such as the floor or a wall, and then roll the roller over specific areas of the body where massage is needed. You can just apply pressure to the massage roller with the area of the body that needs massage to achieve precise stimulation/pressure on the tense muscles.
